Terms of Service – Scavella Sensei Japanese Lessons

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

By purchasing lessons or packages from Scavella Sensei, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Personalized online or in-person Japanese lessons and study resources for Bahamian and international students, delivered via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet (when applicable).

2. Scheduling

• Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and booked against mutual availability.
• If a lesson cannot be scheduled within the same month of purchase, a full refund will be issued.

3. Packages and Expiry

• Package hours can be spread across multiple months (e.g., a 10-hour pack purchased in October can be used in October–December).
• Pay-As-You-Go lessons must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

4. Lesson Conduct

• Please arrive on time. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling.
• No-shows or chronic lateness may result in forfeited time.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials (PDFs, slides, videos, audio, worksheets) are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed without written permission.

6. Payments

• Payment is required in advance to confirm bookings.
• Accepted methods include online payment processors or local Bahamian options as communicated.
