Refunds & Returns Policy – Scavella Sensei Japanese Lessons

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

1. General Policy

If I cannot schedule your lesson within the same month of purchase, you will receive a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Package Refunds

  • Refunds are available for unused package hours upon request.
  • Completed lesson time is non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Pay-As-You-Go Lessons

  • Must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.
  • If scheduling isn’t possible in that window, the lesson is automatically refunded.

4. Missed or Late Lessons

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may be counted as completed unless due to an emergency.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

5. Technical Issues

If a session is disrupted due to issues on my end, I will reschedule at no extra cost.
