Lesson Delivery Policy – Scavella Sensei Japanese Lessons

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

The Lesson Delivery Policy ensures every student receives fair, consistent, and high-quality Japanese language instruction whether online or in person.

1. Lesson Format

  • Lessons are delivered via Zoom or Google Meet unless otherwise arranged.
  • In-person sessions may be available for students located in Nassau, The Bahamas, when scheduling allows.
  • Each session includes personalized guidance, digital materials, and post-lesson review notes.

2. Google Classroom Access

All active students receive access to a private Google Classroom space containing lesson slides, homework, audio resources, and textbook PDFs. Access remains valid while your lesson package is active.

3. Scheduling & Confirmation

  • Lessons are booked through Calendly, WhatsApp, or direct email confirmation.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a date/time has been mutually agreed upon.

4. Attendance & Rescheduling

  • Students are expected to join sessions on time. Late arrivals reduce overall lesson duration.
  • To reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows without prior notice may be deducted from total lesson hours.

5. Technical Requirements

Students should ensure a stable internet connection, functional audio, and a quiet learning environment. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on my end, the class will be rescheduled at no cost.

6. Materials & Homework

  • Digital materials are included in all packages—no extra fees.
  • Homework is optional but strongly encouraged for consistent progress.

7. Lesson Completion & Reports

After each session, progress notes or homework summaries are uploaded to Google Classroom so you can review what was covered and prepare for the next lesson.
