Messages are typically answered within 24–48 hours, Monday through Saturday. Response time may vary on weekends or public holidays, but all inquiries receive a reply.

  • Urgent scheduling matters should be sent via WhatsApp or phone call.
  • Inappropriate or abusive communication will result in blocked contact and possible termination of services.

When providing contact details (email, phone number, etc.), please ensure they are accurate and active. Incorrect or outdated information may prevent lesson reminders and Google Classroom invites from reaching you.

Your messages and contact details are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I never share, sell, or disclose personal contact information to third parties.

This policy may be updated as new communication tools or platforms are introduced. All active students will be notified of major changes.
