Scheduling & Refund Policy – Scavella Sensei Japanese Lessons

At Scavella Sensei, lesson spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Each session is booked according to both your availability and mine, ensuring that every student receives personalized, one-on-one attention.

If, for any reason, I’m unable to schedule your Japanese lesson within the same month of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked. This policy ensures every learner feels confident booking lessons without worry.


Flexible Packages for Bahamian & International Students

My Japanese lesson packages are designed for flexibility. Package hours can be spread across multiple months to fit your schedule, study pace, and personal goals.
Example: If you purchase a 10-hour Steady Pack in October, you can complete 6 hours in October and use the remaining 4 hours in November or December.

Each package includes Google Classroom access, digital textbooks, audio resources, and practice materials — so you can continue learning between sessions even if you’re waiting for your next scheduled class.


Pay-As-You-Go Lesson Policy

For Pay-As-You-Go Japanese lessons, sessions must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.
If you’re unable to schedule within that time, your lesson will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

This ensures all bookings remain active and fair to other students on the waiting list, while protecting your purchase in case of scheduling conflicts.
